This weekend saw the G-7 finance ministers meeting in the frozen arctic of Canada. G-7 you ask? How very old fashioned — didn't the G-7 go the way of the audio cassette and the VHS? Surely the Group of Seven has already been supplanted by the G-8 (adding Russia), which has itself been overtaken by the G-20 (adding everyone else) economic forum.
