Turkey under Erdogan has been neither an enemy like Iran nor a frenemy like Pakistan. It's been occasonally aggravating, but really, when it comes to the global political economy, wstern European leaders like Angela Merkel and Nicolas Sarkozy have been way more aggravatiing.
