North Korea has accelerated development of Kim Jong-eun's personality cult, with the heir apparent increasingly seen in the navy blue Mao Zedong suit and slick-back haircut once sported by his grandfather, Kim Il-sung. The flurry of public appearances and chorus performances of his honorific anthem, Footsteps, suggest the young Kim won't be a radical reformer.
