North Korea's Rocket Diplomacy

If China wants to play good neighbour and friendly trading partner, it should persuade the demented coterie in Pyongyang to calm down and dismantle the bombs and missiles that are casting a pall over the world's fastest growing region. If it fails, we may yet confront a very different Asian Century to the one being pondered by Ken Henry.
