Factoring in the Indo-Af-Pak Triangle

A decade of Western-led efforts has failed to stabilise Afghanistan. The West must view its pursuit of stability for Afghanistan and the region through the strategic prism of the Indo-Af-Pak triangle. The EU must engage Afghanistan's neighbours, especially India and Pakistan, in the reconstruction of Afghanistan through cooperative projects.
