North Korea's Nuclear Threat

Whenever the world surprises you by appearing safe and sane, just think of North Korea. A rogue regime with an apparent Dr. Strangelove impulse, writ large. In dramatic and unpredictable ways, it is once again using the nuclear card to rattle its neighbours, defy international agreements and remind us that a world overflowing with loose and often insecure nuclear weapons is neither safe nor sane.
