Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov stated last Friday that the crisis in Syria was impossible to settle if the international community ignored the positions of Russia and China. Russia obviously feels frustrated that the "international community" is bent on discrediting the United Nations observer mission in Syria and keeps undermining Moscow's efforts to bring about an "all-inclusive" Syrian dialogue.
