Parti Quebecois Looking for a Fight

the PQ has made it clear that it plans to pick a series of fights with Ottawa, claiming full provincial sovereignty over shared jurisdictions such as culture, telecommunications, manpower and immigration. Make no mistake: an era of peace and relative harmony in Ottawa-Quebec relations is coming to an abrupt end.
