Cameron Can Learn from Clegg's Coolness

The day Britain’s Olympic medallists paraded through London, David Cameron found himself waiting alongside various other worthies to address the vast crowds gathered outside Buckingham Palace, and the running order decreed that he would have to speak before Boris Johnson. For reasons that will be instantly appreciated by anyone who has followed the London Mayor’s summer of leadership mischief-making, the prospect filled the Prime Minister’s heart with a degree of dread.
