President Obama made much of his duty to protect at Wednesday's debate. But his record shows little heed for that, not just in Benghazi, but also inside America, which may be Mexico's new cartel battlefield. According to a CBS News report, three of Mexico's cartels are fighting pitched battles in Chicago, and it's their turf wars that are driving its murder rate skyward in violence that shockingly resembles that of Juarez, Mexico.
