Has China's Economy Bottomed Out?

So is the great Chinese slump over? Optimistic analysts pointed to strong data for September. First, exports almost doubled consensus estimates, rising a stunning 9.9% year-on-year. Second, the average daily output of steel climbed 2.2% from the previous month. Third, industrial value-added output jumped 9.2% over the same month last year. Analysts had expected a 9.0% increase.
