Primacy of Politics Biggest Danger Facing the EU

The common European currency was born out of idealism (which didn’t extend to its sadly unimaginative name) and economic reasoning. That mix was necessary to launch so ambitious a project. Unfortunately the ratio of the ingredients was just off.
