Berlusconi Is Back from the Dead

Berlusconi is staging an extraordinary comeback. Last year, his career was thought to be over and his political obituary was being written. He had been convicted of corruption. Many of his political allies were being named as criminals. His penchant for hosting sex parties with allegedly under-age prostitutes had been revealed. He was considered to be too toxic to ever return to the top of Italian politics.
