How 3rd World Innovation Will Fix 1st World Probs

Expect the U.S. to incorporate technologies and institutions pioneered in the U.S. but rendered more cost-efficient in foreign nations. This dizzying logistic is what I call "the boomerang effect" -- technologies and institutions from the West reaching developing nations where they are innovated for greater cost-efficiency, and returning to the West in their cost-efficient forms.
