Regime change. Axis of Evil. Two Bush-era concepts now maligned as remnants of bygone days when bad policy ruled and America was universally despised.
Yet the axis remains, threatening the world’s peace and prosperity. And, while we no longer favor changing evil regimes, no other solution seems to deter the remaining axis members.
