What Trudeau Could Learn from Harper

Harper and gang are likely hoping Trudeau doesn’t impose this kind of discipline on himself. After all, repeated, constant foot-in-mouth incidents leave the speaker looking wobbly and unstable and will eventually make voters less likely to take a chance on the new guy.
