Lame Duck Obama Buries Pax Americana

Now, as some call out the end of the Pax Americana, and Russia throws its weight around in the absence of any strong US response beyond underwhelming sanctions, this serves as a fitting epitaph for the entirety of the Obama presidency. It is now all but over, despite the man having three years in the White House to go.
