Four Big Reasons to Care About EU Election

This week, 380 million voters in 28 countries get to select the 751 lawmakers who sit in the European Parliament. The latest polls show a narrow victory for the center-right European People's Party, which includes national parties led by German Chancellor Angela Merkel and Spanish Prime Minister Mariano Rajoy. The EPP is expected to get 28 percent.
