Putin's Game Plan to Victory

In a rare moment of clarity, President Barack Obama declared that “Russia is responsible for the violence in east Ukraine. The violence is encouraged by Russia. The separatists are trained by Russia. They are armed by Russia. They are funded by Russia.” Obama should have substituted “Putin” for “Russia.”
