NATO Can Confront the Enemy at the Gate of Europe

We must do more to fight the jihadists on the battlefield. One of the best ways we can do that is to prevent them from getting there in the first place. The North Atlantic Treaty Organization, though reluctant to engage in the fight directly, could help in one specific — but important — way.
