The Draghi Inevitability

The eurozone may be tipping toward recession again, with quarter-on-quarter growth sagging to 0.3% from 0.4% in the second quarter. Germany, Italy and Spain all saw their growth rates decline. Greece tipped back into a contraction and Portugal stagnated. All of which likely spells another attempt at monetary heroics when the European Central Bank meets next month.
