Santos Empowers Colombia's Terrorists

Since the Nov. 13 attack in Paris, the West has redoubled its resolve to defeat Islamic fundamentalist terrorism, as the Allies in the 20th century did when fascism and later communism threatened Western civilization. No member of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization has suggested that it ought to hand social, economic and political power to ISIS in exchange for an end to hostilities. Yet that’s exactly the trade that Colombian President Juan Manuel Santos has been working on with FARC leadership in Havana since 2011. President Obama is backing Mr. Santos’s surrender to terrorism, as are Cuba and Venezuela.
