One eastern European diplomat said: "Juncker should be fired. He rammed the scheme through, it fails and he blames the member states. If you told me a year ago that Juncker would destroy Europe so badly, I would not have believed you. “It is as if there is a burst pipe in the building, and instead of fixing it he orders all the neighbours to take some of the water into their own houses."
