Contrary to Gove's bleating about how the European Union has tied his hands as a Minister (thank God!), the reason we have a housing supply crisis, doctors’ dispute, and productivity decline is because of Tory Party policy, not Brussels bureaucracy. None of these challenges seem to attend our German colleagues in the manner they cripple British administrations.
