Do I literally believe that Edmonton is the eighth best place to eat pizza on planet Earth? I suppose not, but I'm no great traveller: I must plead agnosticism. Edmonton didn't really come out ahead of any of the world's established pizza capitals: it might be momentarily thrilling to see us higher up on the list than Palermo, Florence and Milan, but then one comes to one's senses and remembers that you'd have to be crazy to go to those places just to eat pizza.
