Moldova and Ukraine Upset Russia With an Energy Deal

Ukraine's DTEK Trading, owned by Rinat Akhmetov, and Moldova's state-owned intermediary Energocom signed a one-year contract, on April 1, for the supply of electricity to Moldovan distributors.
