It's difficult to know what to make of this news:
A White House review of President Obama's Afghanistan strategy next month will judge "how this current approach is working" but will not suggest alternatives if aspects of the policy are found to be failing, a senior administration official said Tuesday.So if a policy is deemed to be failing in Afghanistan, the administration plans to continue that policy regardless?
