American Leadership
While President Obama came to office promising to restore the world's image of America, the polling firm Gallup has found a steady decline in the world's view of American leadership. Today, America's median approval stands at 41 percent, down from 49 percent during President Obama's first year in office. Nonetheless, global views on U.S. leadership have rebounded since 2008, and several countries in particular have expressed strong approval for U.S. leadership, according to Gallup. These are the five most pro-American countries. (AP Photo)
