EU Official Explains Elections Procedure
Jacques Nancy, as Head of Public Opinion Monitoring Unit at the European Parliament, is one of the officials at the European Parliament who plays an active role in processing the information related to the European Elections. He explains what it takes to pull together votes from a potential 378 million people from 27 countries, voting for more than 700 seats in the European assembly.
