Pakistan: Attack On Luxury Hotel
UN chief Ban Ki-moon condemned a car bomb attack on a hotel in the Pakistani city of Peshawar, calling it an act "which no cause can justify". Two UN employees, one from its refugee agency and another from UNICEF, were killed in the attack. Taliban militants are suspected of carrying out the attack after warning the hotel to "stop hosting foreigners."
