Armenia and Turkey Seek to Restore Ties
Turkey has been talking to Armenia, its neighbour, with the aim of opening their shared border. But relations between the two countries remain tight over a lingering dispute over what Armenia calls the "genocide" of its people by Ottoman Turks.
