Devices Have 'al-Qaeda Hallmarks'
US Homeland Security Secretary, Janet Napolitano, has said two explosive devices found at East Midlands airport and in Dubai had the hallmarks of al-Qaeda or al-Qaeda on the Arabian Peninsula.
