NYSE, Deutsche Boerse Merger Talks
Top U.S. stock exchange NYSE Euronext and Germany's Deutsche Boerse confirmed they are in advanced merger talks, hours after the London Stock Exchange said it's buying TMX, operator of the Toronto Stock Exchange.
