Jimmy Carter Starts 3-day Visit To Cuba
Former President Jimmy Carter has arrived in Cuba to discuss economic policies and seek ways to improve relations between the U.S. and Cuba. Those relations have recently been strained due to the imprisonment of a U.S. contractor in Cuba. (March 28)
