Bomb Suspect In Ky. To Return To Australia

An Australian man who is wanted on charges of placing a fake bomb around a teenage girl's neck in an attempt to extort money from her wealthy father waived extradition Wednesday. He will soon be headed back to Australia to face charges. (Sept. 14)
