McCain Gives Obama an 'F' on Foreign Policy

Senator John McCain (R-AZ) grades President Barack Obama's foreign policy.

JOHN McCAIN: F. F. Because he came to power believing that the United States should "lead from behind." He believed that we had to get out of conflicts. Well, we can't lead from behind, and he should have learned a long time ago that when the United States gets out of conflicts, that doesn't mean that conflicts end. Classic example, of course, is Iraq.

I don't know. I've never seen a commander-in-chief so oblivious to the events that are taking place in the world. There's now speculation about Libya. ISIS is well established there with several thousand adherents. And, are we going to have to go into Libya? Sooner or later, yes.
