Why Russia Could Cut Diplomatic Ties with Ukraine

Russia said Friday that the country would break diplomatic ties with Ukraine over what it says were recent attempts to sabotage infrastructure in Crimea, a Ukrainian peninsula annexed by Russia two year ago.
