Only the Milibands Can Save Labour

On Thursday the Miliband brothers, David and Ed, will launch a joint campaign on climate change at the Science Museum in London. It is surprisingly rare for the Foreign Secretary and the Energy Secretary to share a platform. They are personally, as well as politically, close — for years, before they had children, they lived on top of each other in Primrose Hill, sharing a house that had been divided into two flats. But, perhaps for fear of appearing like a family cabal, they have until now avoided most joint public appearances and have a long-standing agreement never to be interviewed together.
