Ever notice that when Canadians are killed in Mexico, which happens a lot these days, no one ever quite figures out why?
The latest example is the explosion that killed five Canadians at a resort hotel in Playa del Carmen. Mexican “authorities” (the word is in quotes because no one really seems to be in charge of anything in Mexico, except shrugging on camera) are suggesting the blast was triggered by a swamp.
