Iraq Moves to the Head of the Class

As we point to imperfections in Iraq's democracy, we should consider our own current political differences and paralytic episodes. Our shared national amnesia clouds the memory of our own Civil War that commenced fulfillment of the motivating idea of this republic but the carnage of which dwarfs Iraq's.
