Defense ministers of the Russia and the North Atlantic Treaty Organization Council are due to meet in Brussels Wednesday and Thursday to try to hammer out an agreement over the planned NATO missile defense system in Europe.
This will be a remarkable achievement – if it happens. So far, NATO and Russia have been talking past each other on the issue.
