Secretary of State John Kerry is returning to the United States after he broke his leg in a biking accident in France early Sunday, the State Department said. Kerry was riding his bike near Scionzier, France, which is about 25 miles from Geneva, where the secretary of state was holding nuclear talks with his Iranian counterpart, Javad Zarif. The accident apparently took place when Kerry hit the curb with his bicycle. He broke his right femur, close to where he had hip replacement surgery but never lost consciousness, reports the Washington Post.
