Hamas Seeks To Participate In 2026 Elections

Hamas aims to take control of the Palestinian Authority (PA) and the PLO by participating in the November 2026 elections for the PA's and PLO's legislative bodies - namely the PA's Palestinian Legislative Council (PLC) and for the PLO's Palestinian National Council (PNC) - despite the fact that the movement leaders continue to delcare it will not disarm.
