Vice President Mike Pence is scheduled to deliver a speech to U.S. service members on board the aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan at port in Yokosuka, Japan. The speech will begin Wednesday morning in Japan (around 9:30 p.m. Washington time).

The USS Ronald Reagan is at the head of one of two carrier battlegroups now in the Northeast Asia region following the redeployment of the USS Carl Vinson last week. A third carrier battle group is currently on its way across the Pacific.
