Australian Court Upholds Ban on Tobacco Logos
Australia's High Court upheld a tough law on cigarette promotion. Tobacco companies will be prohibited from displaying their logos on cigarette packs. Instead, packs will feature images of cancer-riddled mouths and blinded eyeballs.
