Assad: Chemical Attack "100% Fabricated"

AFP: Syria's President Bashar al-Assad said a suspected chemical weapons attack on a rebel-held town was a "fabrication" to justify a US military strike. Assad said he gave up his "arsenal" of chemical weapons up.

"So you're saying it's a fabrication?" the AFP reporter asked.

"Definitely. 100%," the Syrian leader responded. "We don't have arsenal. We're not going to use it. And you have many indications -- if you don't have proof because no one has information or evidence."
