"He is unpredictable," Scarborough continued. "And there are times when that can actually work for the benefit of our country... But how fascinating that Vladimir Putin thought he was going to influence politics in America, it hasn't turn out that way, other than Ann Coulter. He's got her on his side. But aside from that, Trump isn't working out very well for Putin... and Sean Hannity."
